You might think that this video appears cute, humorous, or just silly, but let me tell you: It scares the holy royal fuck out of me!

To me, the really frightening part is not the fact that none of these young women seemed to know what the word “suffrage” means – that is a little disappointing, but not downright frightening in my opinion. It’s not a widely used term these days, it sounds kind of like a bad thing because it is so close to the word “suffering”, and there’s been three to four full generations of people who really haven’t had to concern themselves with women’s suffrage in western society – at least not in any significant way.
The REALLY scary part, to me, is the fact that so many people will so readily, and without question, sign their name to something as endorsement. People have been dumbed-down for so long. These girls have been trained to just go-along, do not resist, do not question – when you are told to do, just do. These girls, like, I believe, so many of their generation, and to a disappointingly insignificant lesser degree, the generation before them (my generation), would likely sign their own death warrants willingly and with glee. We’ve been training people for too long: Do not ask questions! Do not be difficult! Just remain intellectually passive and incurious and all will be well. Of course, we WILL end up paying a hefty price for that.
Two thumbs up for the education system!
